Everything was realy great. Location next to the metro station and by foot was like 20minutes to center. The room and accommodation are very clean, nice, room spacious, with park view. Staff very help hull and nice

Superb

Good location, metro round the corner. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

It would be nice if they had tea & coffee facilities in the room. Unfortunately when we stayed the bar was closed possibly indefinitely different to advertised

Disappointing

Fine, but not great. I'd spend a bit more and upgrade to a nicer property.

The hotel looked much nicer in the photos. The exterior facade is the highlight of the property - beautifully illuminated at night! Location is also very nice - across from the park in a lovely residential area with lots of dining options and very close to el Corte Ingles for shopping. The breakfast buffet was a highlight - very nice spread, but the window-less room was not very inviting. That's the good news....

The hotel is dated and drab. The decor has been partially updated (looks better in photos), but the hotel is essentially past its prime. The lobby is drab. The hallways are dank, dark and the carpet smelled like a wet dog - overdue for cleaning. The room was a decent size with a nice view of the park, BUT the carpet was old and in need to cleaning. The decor had been "updated" in a cosmetic sense, but was basic. Beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were terrible. The bathroom was very poorly laid out and the shower flooded the floor. There were no amenities except gas station style soap dispensers on the walls - yuck. I applaud the attempt at avoiding single use plastic, but spend 1 euro and put nice bottles of local products on the wall to be eco-friendly. THere was an espresso machine in the room,but apparently a charge for each coffee pod - really?
