    Would certainly recommend location to people doing the GR20.
    Excellent location for starting hike to Monte D'oro and Cascade des Anglais , also friendly staff.
    Amenities were just okay, bathroom of the room we had could use an update. Wifi is free, but very slow. (20KB/s). The scent in the room was also very noticable. Perhaps too much cleaning products or perfume or mosquito repellent.

    Very tranquil setting in the woods. Spent 2 nights relaxing after the north part of the GR 20. Gorgeous vintage place.

    Old and chock full of character... nice staff... very helpful. Loved it.
    This place is a unique and special place. Very oldy worldy and dated...but in a good way. Few places around anymore with this kind of character... loved it.

    Room is ok, but food (dinner and breakfast) is very overpriced. The shower only had ice-cold water.

    Loved the area but would not stay in this hotel again.
    The main building was beautiful and full of character and then we stayed in this other building that was very dorm like. Very close to the cascade and an amazing acro branch. The area is very beautiful.
    I really disliked our dorm like room which was small and with no fan in a hot summer. Was disappointed it was not part of the hotel I found the room and the food extremely overpriced and not to my taste.

    Make sure you get a room in the main house. The other ones are in dorms/very basic.
    Great location close to the GR20 trail, accrobranche park, cascade des anglais, beautiful main house. Nice outdoor terrace for cold beers and dinner.
    Staff, with the exception of the senior staff/reception/owners, were not interested in doing a good job at all. The breakfast waitresses were especially not pleasant nor helpful at all. Order sandwiches the night before!
