    I had an excelent time with my mum :-)
    nice big Terrace and an amazing sea view
    poor enterteinment. No vegan food, no vegan deserts and food quite poor, almost every day the same. But one day chef made specially for me a big plate of fruits topped with dark chocolate. It was delicious.

    Location, facilities, and staff were excellent.the view from our room was stunning.
    We had noisy neighbours a couple of nights. Walls are thin ! Street parking was OK at this time of the year, but could be a problem at the height of the season

    We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the beautiful view.
    We arrived in a taxi from the bus station and the checking was easy. Our room had a beautiful seaview. The pool is across the road. You have many sunbeds. There is a beach a few steps away. The hotel caters a lot for English people. The breakfast was excellent and dinner was good. The staff in the dining room did an excellent. You can walk in 20 minutes to town and then take the bus 324 to The most beautiful Alcudia beach. The bus 322 take you to Formentor and Pollenza and the A32 to the airport.
    Th wall in the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything but the worst was when the singer were downstairs you could hear everything in your room. The singers sang mainly in English, it would have been nice to hear some local music or maybe dancing shows.

    The breakfast and the dinner was really great with various meals! The view from the balkon was amazingly beautiful:) A nice private beach part belongs to the hotel. There you can sunbath, swim and enjoy the view under mediterranean trees.

    Nice location for 'sun, sea, and sand' traditional British holiday in Majorca.
    Beautiful location for a 'sun, sand, and sea' holiday. The hotel provides two outdoor pools - one for families and one for adults. The beach is a minute's walk away if you prefer the sea. All ages are welcome, and reasonably good for families. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
    The hotel seemed tired and a little worn out after a full holiday season. The rooms showed wear and tear to the paintwork and furnishings. They are much smaller than what appears in the photos. There was no laundry service, so had to resign to washing things out in the sink. No usable hangers were available to dry clothes and towels on. The sauna and gym were closed due to staffing problems. There was live entertainment provided every other night, but very loud for those that wanted quiet or had small children. The half-board menu was good, but again felt tired and un-inspired. On some nights it was very, very good - and on others fairly poor. The hotel staff did their best to make everyone comfortable and happy.

    Beautiful location with the most amazing staff
    The location is amazing, metres from the beach, quiet area, beautiful scenery. The staff were fantastic, especially the bar staff, they made us all so welcome and there is a great atmosphere in the hotel because of them.
    More plug sockets in bedroom would be good.

    Disapointment from Booking.com solving their mistakes
    Location, food, service
    1) Different informations about acommodation - varies on web vs application, in application (where we made about reservation) you cannot find missing info about children access limitation and there was no mention of it in my reservation form. We were able to use only one pool (across the street) with my little child. We stayed in the same hotel in May, nobody told us off from the inside pool. We solved this problem 3 times with Booking.com, they play dead, never got back to us in promised 24hrs (or ever) as I requested a compensation, because we were limited as they made a mistake. When we approched the hotel manager (lady who didnt introduce herself), she was rude, never let us finish a sentance, very quarrelsome. 2) main beach is full of sea weed (May, September, both times we were there), there are worms/larvas in the sand and they bite, my child had a full swim pants of it after playing in the sand. Couldn t find on google what are these.
