Very good

The staff were lovely, the hotel had a nice cosy feel to it and it was is great location.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating especially when we had a couple of issues with the room and it was nice to come back to a freshly made bed every day. The facilities such as the pool and spa were fantastic after a big day and the buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. The location was really good and close to the train station and the mountain views from the room were really nice as well.

The shower was quite small in the budget doppelzimmer for my partner who is quite tall and broad. This is a personal preference but would have been nicer to have a shower screen rather than a shower curtain but not the end of the world.

Excellent location and good breakfast. The room was big, but the hotel's design is dated. Overall pretty good value

We were in an extremely spacious room which was nice. The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is located at the heart of Zell am See. They serve gluten free bread in breakfast upon request

Friendly check-in staff. David spoke many languages and dialects. Very impressive. Location was right in the heart of town in walking distance to the lake, train station, shops and restaurants. Pool area is a quiet and beautiful oasis.

Room was small and needed to be updated. No shampoo in room. All guests and family should be able to join the breakfast. Upgrade rooms when available? Please include parking for guests! Why should guests pay extra for parking?

Superb

Ideal location, a great breakfast selection, all the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The complimentary guest card gave free use of the local public transport, giving easy access to many nearby attractions and locations.

The only minor disappointment was the limited selection of items in the room hospitality tray.

Nice hotel in the center of town. Easy to park in an close by parking garage.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Zell Am See, which was perfect for us.

We found left over items from the guests before us.

Hello. The staff at the reception are great, smiling, helpful and always gave us advice and help. Especially Mr. David, who even spoke Czech, helped us with everything, from information on how and where to travel to various requirements. What we liked most about the hotel was the wellness and outdoor heated pool. The food was excellent, we just have a small complaint about the French onion, we didn't like it, but that's our opinion. The choice of three main dishes, the cold buffet and the desserts were great. I was most interested in the fish with cabbage in white wine, it was excellent. The cleaning lady came to clean every day. And the location of the hotel is in the middle of the town, a short distance from the lake, shops and restaurants. The downside was that you park in public garages for 16 euros a day, but it's a short walk from the hotel.
