    - a big cozy room; - Greatly located; - Friendly staff (I used German, my wfe English, everything was nice)
    - Room cleaning never changed towels (four nights!) and didn't take away glasses after New Year's eve; - Last hour of breakfast is not really full of diverse food,

    The staff went above and beyond,so helpful and curtious.
    Easy access for the rail station, approximately 15 minute walk. 10 minutes walk to city centre.
    It would have been nice if the hotel bar stayed opened after 21.00 hrs at night. Every night we came back the bar was closed.

    The stuff on reception was very rude and not helpful except an old lady was kind and helpful and the young lady on coffee shop. Im not recommending this hotel

    Room was really nice and the treatment and hospitality from the reception was awsome! The lithuanian lady was really nice and pointed me to some city atraction!I would say her name but I do not remember it I will buy a kinder surprize egg and give it to her when I will return to Innsbruck! you cannot go wrong with a kinder surprize egg and probably she will forgive me for not remembering her name She deserve a huge promotion for how awsome she treated me All the best
