Their payment process at midnight was painful and time consuming and the key cards for one of the rooms didn't work

Hotel Nippon is a great stay for anyone who needs a central location in Colombo. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. In addition the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

Location and breakfast are good

I reserved 2 rooms for my friend's couple and 2 families of 4 people. However, when making an online reservation as a representative, there was only one reservation per room. The number of people included in the price is 2, but I paid an additional fee because I was booked for 1 person. And next day I received a message from Booking.com saying I did not stay at the hotel. Why?

Good location. Value for money.

Location is great as it's the centre of Colombo. Beds were ok. Bath room was clean. Breakfast average. Nothing much. But can't complain.

Check in process took some extra time. Staff at the front desk needs to improve.
