Good value for money

The hotel was very nice, and the room was really big, with a nice balcony. No problem with parking. Great facilities for children, especially the playground outside. The staff was very helpful and friendly

The reception was in the next building. The location is not bad, but still pretty far from the city center. The breakfast was not bad but 'as standard as possible'. But in general - everything was great

Pleasure stay, very welcoming stuff.

Hotel is located in several buildings and as a booking customers we were located in what I understood is the oldest one. Fist I didnt like it too much but then it showed that actually the building is quiet and private. Rooms are dated but spacious with a spacious restroom. In the same building there is also a typical restaurant. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good but restaurant itself was just fine. Gym empty even during rainy days. Lobby with a indoor playground helps parents to have a time for relax. Great animation in the kids club. unfortunately not much going on during the week days.

Property is located in several buildings and it may be confusing. The new buildings are a big complex and if you dont stay in them you need to walk quite far which is a trouble while raining. Old building has only couple parking spots so sometimes you need to park on the other side of resort and walk back. Even when hotel is booked some part of hotel looks empty and isolated. If you want to go to the city center you will need a car or walk quite far. In June we needed to use electric heater in the room but wasnt a big deal. The most terrible thing was music playing in the lobby so loud till very late and since at least 6 in the morning we could easily hear it in the room. WiFi in the room was tragic and was keeping going to disconnect. Not possible to work. what I would change is serving hot meals like pizza in the lobby which cause unpleasant smell. Club sandwich would be enough also because hotel has a several restaurants where you can eat.
