    The shower was extremely small ,it was difficult to have a shower We have only one set of towels for 2 people ,it wasn't big deal ,for one night stay we didn't need more ,but would be nicer

    Friendly staff, good location for us as we were leaving the city by bus but also close to the old town, scenic funicular, port, train station. There is a shared lounge which is charming and comfortable. Overall enjoyable stay for two nights.

    Nice and close to the train station and a variety of restaurants. Room was comfortable and bathroom was a decent size.
    No lift to the rooms but otherwise everything else was fine

    Very big room, in fact one and a half for us, parents, and one child. Big bathroom, everything fine with the water, hot/cold function. Very nice house, interior almost palazzo-like, 5 min from train station. Breakfast fine, you can choose, but also very Italian, cookies and cake for breakfast which isn't my taste, but there are also some cornflakes, yoghurts and mostly some fresh fruits like oranges or bananas. Friendly staff.
    Maybe I would have appreciated some Msli for breakfast or whole-wheat bread or an egg, but it was all still fine. It all really matched my expectations.

    dark room with one window you ceiling so thin you can hear people not only walking but also all their conversation! they woke us up at 3am talking
