    Location, wellness, breakfast very good and fresh, friendly staff!
    Room was noisy, could hear neighbours talking, coughing etc A gym /fitnessroom would be much appreciated

    Great place... but not perfect
    The location, cleanliness and beach front. The breakfast was very nice.
    The spa swimming pool could have been warmer, the outdoor plunge pool could have been heated. The biggest issue was a shower head provided with the bath... but no wall holder... so impossible for a shower in the room. Not great for a spa hotel.. although we used a few in the spa... which were adequate... but not in the room! Communal

    Very nice hotel, staff is super friendly and the location just perfect. We loved the roof a lot, definetly a bar would make this perfect up there.
    The free bikes were mostly in a bad state, however good enough to do the 2km to downtown.

    Perfect hotel to stay at! Clean, freshly painted, staff friendly and breakfast outstanding. They welcomed us with our bicycles and provided garage space just for bicycles.

    Short stopover stay in Riva del Garda.. made so much more pleasurable by the quality of the hotel experience.
    Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.. All rooms have balcony.. This hotel is family run, which makes the holiday experience much more satisfying when compared to a chain hotel. Really enjoyed our visit.
    Cant think of anything in particular.

    Very enjoyable.
    Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Location is excellent with quick access to Lake. Loved that hotel have their own SUP boards for rent. Wellness Centre and sunbathing terrace were lovely.
