I had to wait 45 min to get into my room. chek in time 2pm, I arrived at 2.20pm and got into my room at 3.05pm.

The staff, the style, the location, the room size

The room's height! Fortunately my girlfriend and I are not too tall, so it was a bit oppressing but ok for 1 night, but if you're over 5'9, that hotel is not for you (at least the room we were in)
