Would definitely stay again but just request a room with a bit of a view as hotel itself was lovely and staff were fanta
Not right in the heart of it all but still close enough.
I know we only stayed one night but unfortunately didnt have a view out to any of the streets but I guess this will happen in such a built up area.

The breakfast was average. Poor quality of fruit on offer, bruised bananas and apples. One type of yogurt to choose from. Machine coffee tasted like jet fuel.
Staff on front desk and cafe were friendly and helpful.
Hotel is more like a 3* and not 4*. Pool area looks tired and uninviting. Fitness area is small with dated equipment. Only received one pillow in the room which was terrible and flat, requested another one but was just as bad.
Dirty floors in room obviously not been cleaned properly in ages. The list goes on

Not the best hotel experience - hotel needs work
The location is good, a short walk from the sea and old town. There is a lovely park nearby. Check in was easy with English speaking staff.
Breakfast was bland and not well presented and staff unhelpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is poor, and the facilities in need of some attention - loose tiles all round the pool were dangerous, pool toilets unkempt. Only two lifts for the whole hotel.

Comfortable room, excellent beds, good buffet breakfast. All UK TV channels are available.
The car park is a little difficult, but we managed. The hotel is 10 minutes on foot up a gradient from the seafront. Not a problem with us but anyone with mobility issues should be aware.
