Exceptional

This hotel was in a great location, just off the main road and in walking distance to about everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful with answering questions and offering suggestions of things to do and see in Ella. We also ate at the restaurant our first night and it was my favorite 4 vegetable curry I had while in Sri Lanka!

Nice views, good location and excellent breakfast

Comfortable room, clean, nice balcony with views of mountains and waterfall. Very close walk to lots of places to eat - up steep hill but only short walk. Excellent Sri Lankan breakfast - so much food! Friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi was terrible.

Lovely hotel, very near Ellas high street, has everything g you need.

We liked everything, it was up a hill but only a few mins from Ellas high street. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast was great, would highly recommend RBIs hotel if its in your budget.
