Excellent location, excellent hotel, excellent city

The hotel is at an excellent location in the centre of Toulouse. You can walk to all the important places. There are plenty of restaurants, caffees, shops. It is very easy to walk everywhere. There is plenty of life around Toulouse is a beautiful city not too big and not too small. There is something for everyone and our hotel was at the centre

Perfect location for city centre and for train station.

Great location. Staff very helpful.

Free coffee was great but by the time you had got downstairs to get it and back to your room it was cold! Room was a bit on the small side and the hotel seemed a bit 'tired'.

Excellent!

The hotel is very well located and allows us to walk around the city with ease. There are great options of cafes, snack bars and restaurants around. The room is comfortable, there is a safe and a desk, as well as a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom is spacious, with a good walk-in shower. The staff was attentive at all times, especially when we had to extend our stay. Very rich breakfast, with several options, all very tasty.

This is not a criticism of the hotel specifically, but as it is located in a busy area, it is normal to hear noise from the street, and also from the flow of people in the corridors. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it could affect those who are more sensitive.

Nice small hotel in Toulouse

The check in was on time and the room was very clean. The bed was super comfy and I liked that there were drinks in the fridge as a courtesy. The location is very good.

I forgot to ask for the wifi password.m from the front desk. Would have been nice to have it somewhere in the room and also instructions how to reach the front desk by phone.

Always a pleasure!

Always a pleasure to stay here. Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms and in a great location for the centre of Toulouse and the Christmas Market which is why we were there.

I would appreciate some decaffeinated coffee sachets or pods I could use in the machine in reception or perhaps a kettle could be provided in each room, if not too costly?
