    Best stay I had in Europe after traveling to 8 different cities!
    Beautiful rooms and terrace! Library was so peaceful and a great place to sip Champagne. Frescoes on the ceilings add to the ambiance and really connect you to the High Renaissance. 11/10 experience.
    There possibly could have been second TV in the loft space

    Good location in old city. Beautifully restored palazzo with sympathetic modernisation. Well-equipped, comfortable room and bathroom .Welcoming and helpful staff.
    Absolutely nothing but the surrounding lanes are part of a red light district - not threatening but need to know.

    Located in the old center. Historical building. Clean room with nice bathroom
    Very spartan in room decor. Felt a bit like a monastery. Getting to the building can be tricky. Ask for walking directions before you go. Otherwise you can walk through a really sketchy area.

    Amazing. A truly memorable night in a beautiful city
    Elegant, splendid situation, very kind and attentive service. Afternoon tea on the house is a really nice plus
    It was a little hard to find on foot and you have to dare go through a really narrow alley to get there in which there are some very sweet sex workers plying their trade and some not so sweet customers/dealers that make it a little scary. There might be easier ways to get there but I just followed Google Maps instructions. It was winter during my stay so it was quiet but the piazza in front might get noisy in summer

    Comfortable and easy stay in the old town of Genoa.
    Great location and lovely room. The inside original details are incredible (frescos, carving). Location in the old town, not far from the port and not far from newer attractions.

    Historic, stylish, comfortable, property with a friendly staff.
    This was a lovely hotel. a great mix of old and new. I think it was a Nobel home and hundreds of yers old. There was a TukTuk to pick us up. I am anxious to go back.

    An unexpected delight in a revitalized area of Genova.
    Old noble palazzo inside a warren of narrow streets and half-hidden piazzas. The unexpected interior is very modern, high-style design and very well thought-out. Rooms are clearly quite different from one another, but mine was stylishly comfortable and intelligently organized, albeit small. Extremely comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet in light-filled top-floor dining rooms or on the sunny terrace. Thoroughly charming.
    As a practical matter, the piazza the hotel is on is difficult to get a car into, so your taxi will have to leave you about 100 meters away. Youll probably want your phones apps to guide you the last bit of the way. The hotel has directions on its site. Because of that and due to some oddly configured floors with steps (there is an elevator, though), this may not be a good choice for someone with a lot of luggage on their way to or from a cruise ship.
