Very good

Good food, a lot of variety and quantity (maybe there could be more fruit, but the rest of the food was perfect) Open bar, good animation, obviously more directed to the French audience but the animation team translated to Spanish and English Location is good, 50 meters from cala egos and 30 minutos from cala dOr beach and center. Cala ferrera, serena and esmeralda around 42 minutes The staff was nice Also easy access from airport and city center by bus (connection bus in Campos)

Salty water in the bathroom and the hotel is a little old Sometimes there was a weird smell in the rooms Its a 3 stars hotel so dont expect perfect conditions

Event staff were amazing

Hotel needed modernization was old and worn in rooms. Also, there is a strong smell of sewage in room. This hotel is not in Cala dor and more located in cala egos

All inclusive, great staff, close to the beaches

Great point close to many calas. It allowed us to travel easily to many beaches. Good amenities, good food, big spaces, adult and kids pool, parking spaces, restaurants around. Excellent staff, especially Rachid, thanks so much :)

Food was okayish. For many people, i wasnt expecting a superb quality, but it has a good variety.

Superb

Excellent location everything on your doorstep. Clean spacious rooms. Staff friendly. Good entertainment team. Food was lovely always something to nice to choose from. Would recommend the Italian corner and the pizza, best pizza Ive ever had . Pool was lovely no fight for sun beds. I shall book here again.

Only downside and would probably make me give it a 10/10 would be tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Cheap stay, cheap service.

The domain looks amazing on first sight. The bathroom was clean and functioning properly. The pools and the areas around them was clean and looked appealing. The sangria and beer were tasty. (the rest was not) The food was good. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and helpful.

We came to check-in and the front desk was overly chaotic. They needed our passports for several hours to register us in their system. If you look closer the facilities are very old and worn out. The room was dusty, especially on the lamps beside the bed. The curtains leave a dirty/dusty smell on your hands when you touch them. The bed was just a plank that made a creeking noise if you move on it. We had the all inclusive formula. We didnt really enjoy it. The water in the whole facility is salty. So you swim in salty water, you shower with salty water and thats all fine. Unfortunately the drinking water is also salty and everything is made from this water. This makes for salty cocktails, salty soft drinks and salty coffee. Lastly, my wife was pregnant and she wanted something non-alcoholic to drink. They couldnt really provide a virgin cocktail. Which left us with the salty soft drinks as only option. We ended up buying bottled water from stores around the facility and taking a bottle with us everywhere. Fortunately the stay was fairly cheap so we didnt feel that bad about the situation.
