Lovely and I just cant wait to come back.

Very clean and great staff, I truly appreciate the fact that anytime you arrive at the hotel. Everything is already set. My husband joined me on a late flight until 1:30 am, and salad buffet were set for the late arrivals.

My room was a little too far from everything

Previous reviews suggested the food was not great. We found the opposite. The food was excellent, fresh, and always replenished quickly. We were lucky enough to be there for an Asia themed night that was fabulous. The menu included sushi, which was amazing. There was a good selection of drinks for all-inclusive. Also, the room was comfortable and clean. Some previous reviews claimed that the staff were unfriendly, but again, we found the complete opposite. All in all, good value for money and an enjoyable stay.

We are aware that some all-inclusive guests may over indulge; however, there were a few groups of tourists that had clearly had too much and were very loud and unruly. They were sadly disrespectful during the evening Spanish show, and many guests asked them to please respect the professionals. Sadly, the hotel staff did nothing to control it.
