Nice place with a magnificent view

Great location. Only 10 minutes drive from Krupwki street. Our room was upgraded and we had an excellent view on the mountain range. I highly recommend to book exactly this type of rooms (if the weather is good of course otherwise mountains will be covered with clouds or fog) Spa area was really nice with the mountain view too. The water in the indoor pool was warm, jacuzzi and sauna was working. For the breakfast different food options were included and everyone will find something for themselves.

Fine, but

Good and handy apartments, spa and children room

Everything was fine regarding normal cases. But this is unacceptable to deny forgotten items send back to renters because of internal regulations. This should be part of out of the box service. Come on, other not so expensive hotels do it without additional questions. Hope your managers will take care of it.
