    I should get a refund for the hell I went through
    Terrible check in process. Everything was broken. Nobody answered the phone when I was locked out. Unacceptable experience. I should get a refund for being locked out for two hours in the dark.

    Location
    The self checkin process was HORRIBLE. There wear two key pads with key storage. The instructions for the location of the correct one was misleading. As an American, instructions for the lobby and what side of the building the room was on , very terrible!! It took us over an hour or more to get in the space and the person helping us on the phone with our issue could not offer us much in assistance. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE instructions. Self check in was not good! Very unhappy.

    It was very noisy at all hours. No hot water for two days and the managers were not helpful. They did not give a partial refund for not being able to have a hot shower. Management were extremely unhelpful.

    Great value for money and amazing location
    Great value for money. The hotel is located very centrally close to most of the attractions and easy access to the underground train. Its very clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned and set up after our first night there by housekeeping and we were surprised we had this service given the price of our stay so Id say great value for money. The staff were really nice and helped us check in when we arrived even though its self check in. I think the lady could see we were really tired so let us check in a bit earlier since our room was already ready. Overall had a great experience and would stay here again

    Some breakfast option would have been great but I appreciate the property isnt that big so probably a bit difficult for them to offer that.

    Unfortunately it's not worth the money
    The location of the hotel and the staff are excellent!
    The room was pretty old and unfortunately not so clean. The shower doors are broken. The bed had two mattresses, not one, as it was written in the description of the room. It was quite cool in the room. The elevator is very old, we were scared. We walked up the stairs.
