    Fantastic hotel in West Bend
    Very clean, great accommodations for my elderly parents. We booked the ADA room for them, as they have very limited mobility. It was on the first floor, had a walk-in shower, and a large entryway great for a wheelchair. Also very close to the pool!
    Nothing! My folks had a great stay.

    We will be back!!
    Very clean and looked brand new, lots of amenities, breakfast was delicious (the bagels!), and the staff was great! Stormy, the gm, was fantastic and the woman working the front desk - same person both at check in and check out (long day!) - was amazing as well.

    1) noise from the pipes when the folks upstairs flush the toilet is ridiculous . Literally woke us up twice during the night and we are heavy sleepers. Awful 2) breakfast hours, stopping at 9 AM especially on the weekends is not good 3) no regular coffee in the room just decaf

    Pleasant weekend with spouse.
    Location was good. Able to walk to the brewery down the street for dinner. Like the room set up with the extra bed around the corner. Really enjoyed the electric fireplace. Breakfast was decent.
    The workout facility was subpar compared to other hotels. The pool was on the small side.

    It was clean, but not what I expected for the price.
    It was clean and the location was good. The breakfast buffet was good and kept stocked. They don't offer daily cleaning, which I really like, because I don't really want anyone else in my room until I leave anyway.
    The coffee station at the buffet area took a long time, even if you knew how to work it. Many people (including my party) got out of line and got juice instead. The outlet in our bathroom kept tripping, so I had to use one in the hallway to have access to a working outlet and mirror. The sliding bathroom door leaves a gap where you can see into the bathroom at anyone who may be sitting on the toilet when you come in the front door. Could be embarrassing!

    Good location in Bend with modern furnishings but an overall unwelcoming feel.
    Hotel Peppertree was conviently located near COCC and OSU Cascades. We appreciated the large room and comfortable beds. The breakfast area was large and had some good options including pancakes, eggs, and cereal as well as bagels made locally which were delicious.
    We didn't like the strict policy about a 4:00 pm check-in--there was a fee to check in early and it felt very unwelcoming. The multiple texts/emails about the fee and selling the bar area in the evening made the hotel feel pushy and stingy. The hallway noise was noticeable especially as our room was very near the elevator which was what we had requested to not have.

    This is a $150 2-star hotel charging $300/night. Don't waste your money.
    Breakfast was terrible. They ran out of coffee and didn't attempt to refill it. The yogurt machine was broken and the spongy, little pancakes were made by a little machine. I then got to eat the little pancakes with a little plastic fork. The eggs were good, which is the only compliment I can give. The atmosphere was chaotic and sterile.
    The room was functional, the service was functional, and the grounds were functional but nothing was memorable or even really good. It's a business hotel that looks like every other and does nothing to go beyond. One reason I booked the room was the pictures showed a nice, walk-in tile shower. Unfortunately, the floor turned out to be a plastic pan with yellowed caulking and stains. Plastic forks for breakfast, plastic showers, and a parking lot for a view.
