    The location was great but no A/C and this was not listed in the details before I reserve.
    AC and to have a lobby. It was tights to arrive and be in the middle with all the restaurant guest.

    Almost perfect, except for the EXTREMELY RUDE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF.
    I like the location - exactly in the center of town, but expect that it will also be a bit noisy as downstairs is a pub where people would come to drink morning to night. I also like the view from my room - which shows the Chapel Bridge.
    RACIST STAFF. Im not really picky about places to stay. I can tolerate the noise, the room size which is small, etc. To be honest, it was almost a perfect stay! BUT I WILL NEVER TOLERATE DISRESPECT AND RACISM. A lady in the reception asked me to wait for my room to be prepared, I was a bit too early.. so I dine at the pub first and an hour later, I POLITELY ASKED the lady if my room is ready. SHE SHOUTED AT ME IN FRONT OF MANY PEOPLE SAYING YOU NEED TO WAIT OR IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A KEY, CHECK IT YOURSELF IF IT IS READY! I felt so embarassed and all I said was That was so rude. She followed me to the DIRTY room, BANGED THE DOOR as if I didnt pay for it and asked me in a very barbaric manner WHO IS RUDE? She said thats the way she is. I will not forget this ever, she wouldnt do this if I were a white female.

    Great location ... Very close to the train station and also bus stop. Nice view of lake Lucerne n chapel bridge. Really love the views from the room. Close to all the shopping areas in Lucerne.
    Elevator is little small but understandable cos it's an old building.

    We loved staying at Pickwick and would 100% stay there again.
    The room was so clean and spacious and the location was perfect.
    The red blinds were a little intense when the sun came up but other than that, it was great.
