Exceptional

Great hotel, very relaxing. Beautiful views!!

Love the furnitures of the room, sooo relaxing

The hotel was pretty empty, it would have been nice to get an upgrade of the room for a room with a full sea view for example or ask me if would like to have an upper floor. I experienced that carefulness in other hotels and it makes you so happy and let you enjoy your stay even more because you got a little present!!

Absolutely disappointing.

The location is amazing right on the beach and close to restaurants in the area.

First of all, both receptionists i've dealt with were cold and rude. They didn't answer my questions and were overall unpleasant to deal with. The hotel exits are confusing. To reach the pool you have to go through the lobby which doesnt have any signs; Even after asking the reception, they weren't able to provide a clear answer. From the pool it says that you can directly access the beach which is not true. It also states that you can access the beach from the white elevator but fail to mention that once you exit you can only come back from the main entrance. The person at the breakfast was asked if ours was included but it wasn't even though he said it was. Exiting the parking lot was also very confusing, even after calling the reception they weren't helpful at all, they gave some unclear directions, asked us for our reservation number and then after a 10 min call, they simply pressed a button from the desk to open the garage door. Gorgoues hotel but absolutely horrendous staff, what a disappointment.

Superb

Wonderful stay and a beautiful view!

The room had a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and offered beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The sound of the surf was soothing. The ocean air was fresh.

The floors had a little sand on them when we got there.
