    Excellent location - right opposite train station and in the centre of the city. Very few and helpful staff.

    Nice, clean room, comfortable double bed, perfect location, friendly staff.
    Noisy in the evening, but given the location, this could be expected. Breakfast has a lot od sweet options but not many if one prefers non-sweet breakfast.

    Andrea is amazing... the breakfast is fantastic. We stayed for only one day and I'm sad we didn't pick this Hotel for at least 1 more.. Salerno is fantastic and the hotel is the the heart of it. Zero outside noise due to their care on having acoustic windows . Best choice...
    Nothing to complain.

    Pleasant stay for one night near the station in Salerno.
    Lovely and helpful staff. For one night, this place was fine, next to the station and the walking area of Salerno.
    Our room had a very unpleasant odor, like cabbage soup. It was not great to sleep with this smell through the night. I could not pin point where it came from... hopefully they will air out the room and that will solve the problem.

    Short but enjoyable stay.
    The owner/ manager was at the reception desk for the time we were there and he couldn't do enough for us. We got the quiet room we had asked for, and he gave us recommendations for food stops along the pedestrian walkway that runs right by the hotel itself. More importantly he knew that we had tickets for a ferry to Positano but bad weather had cancelled most ferries recently- he did everything he could to find out if our ferry was still sailing (it was). Caring service from the staff can really make for a wonderful stay.
    The rooms and common areas are a bit tired and are likely due for an upgrade. That said, everything was functional and the room price was good value.

    Good quality Hotel in excellent position.
    This family owned Hotel was a real gem, close to the Train Station and just a short walk to all Salernos attractions we really enjoyed our stay. The room we had was not large but it had a balcony, very clean bathroom and very comfy bed. We found the staff, particularly the owners to be very friendly and enthusiastic about their Hotel and Salerno itself. Alos the breakfast each morning was of a high standard.
    We had no negative thoughts on this Hotel

    We will definitely be back and recommend to others.
    Not only was it impeccably clean but the customer service was phenomenal. The staff went out of the way to help us navigate both the hospital system and the loss of a wallet. Just cannot say enough good things about this hotel!
    Well maybe the lift is a little small. But thats it!
