Superb

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom are large and comfortable. the location is excellent. Parking is at the hotel itself and is also very convenient.

Nice, clean and convenient location.

It was nice, clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very good. Lift is VERY small.

It was tipping with rain so not good for wandering around to find a restaurant. So we thought wed eat at the hotel instead. Turns out there was no menu at all! The bar man offered us cheese, ham and bread. It was ok but was hoping for more.

Lovely surprise!

What a great surprise! We were expecting a standard big hotel and what we got was a beautiful art-deco, boutique hotel, in the heart of Biarritz. And most of all, the staff were great - helpful and eager to please.

Too noisy. Because it's at the center of the city, we could not sleep well due to all kind of night noises.

Very good

Biarritz art deco

It is an art deco hotel in a very city center. The staff is so kind. The bathroom and bed are excellent.

Breakfast is average; going to Les Halles and enjoying seafood is better. You cannot open fully closet's door (a relatively big bed in a relatively small room).
