    Loved absolutely everything about my stay in this period hotel. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room was great and quite spacious while the bathroom was also equipped with underfloor heating. The spa in the basement is fantastic and stays open till very late. I went in after 8pm and it felt as if I had reserved the entire space for myself because there was absolutely no one in sight I would have missed breakfast due to an early flight on my last day, but the staff kindly prepared some packed food and drinks for take away which I collected after my check out. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying there again if I ever returned to Krakow!

    The best and only hotel to stay in when in Krakow
    Love this hotel. Have stayed numerous times and will continue to every time Im in Krakow. 1 minute walk to square market, and next to everything. Beautiful inside and staff are always very helpful

    Wonderful stay with an unexpected pleasant surprise!
    A beautiful hotel in the middle of Krakow, we got upgraded for free to an Apartment, so we had a gorgeous and large room. The staff were attentive, communicative, and extremely kind. Also, the breakfast is out of this world! Delicious and varied. The spa is relaxing and smells of high-quality cosmetics. Needless to say, we had a great time!
    It wasnt a problem for us as we traveled for leisure, but, should you be traveling for work, you may need to use your phone as a hotspot for internet as the internet connection was quite slow at the hotel. Also, the rooms on the first floor may be a bit noisy at night as the hotel is located in the middle of Krakow. If you get a room above the 1st floor, youll have a quiet room.

    Beautiful historic hotel and spa in centre of krakow. Missing a few touches.
    Lovely food at the restaurant in the evening, comfortable bed, beautiful spa. Excellent location and service was great.
    Spa smelt of mould and floor was very wet. coffee facilities needed in bedroom- only had coffee cups. No options for allergies for breakfast. Breakfast was very simple and expensive.

    Comfortable, friendly staff.
    Got a free upgrade when I arrived, so what's not to love there? Bigger room, nice and bright, right in the centre of the old town.
    The decor in the rooms are pretty old and tired. A lot of dark furniture. Not a big deal really, but you know, booking.com asks you to mention something you don't like.

    Amazing Experience and Very Comfortable Stay
    The breakfast was amazingly curated and wholesome being one of the best that we have had in Europe. The location was very convenient and right in the main street of the Old Town and walkable short distance to all the main attractions in the Old town. Being Christmas time, we could visit the Christmas Market umpteen nos of time at our will as the market square was just 100/200 mtrs. away. And to top it they have the best Spa that we have experienced, where one can spend relaxed time and get rejuvenated. We had a very comfortable stay and a wonderful experience at Pod Roza. It exceeded our expectation. Would very highly recommend the Hotel.

    I recently stayed at a hotel pod roza and had a fantastic experience. The spa was exceptional, providing a relaxing escape. The hotel's perfect location added convenience to my stay. The room was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended destination for a rejuvenating getaway.
