    Excellent location in city centre Palermo, walking distance of main tourist attractions. Safe parking paid extra of accommodation. Lovely tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. Big room, very clean and cleaned daily. Good wifi and facilities, beautiful Christmas decorations. Friendly staff very helpful went beyond expectation to make our 3 nights stay very nice, really appreciated. Grazie!

    Perfect central location and easily walkable to everything. The room was large and the amenities better than most.

    We made this our "base" as we went on a cruise and then DIY itinerary around Sicily. It was perfect cause you can leave your luggage with used clothes with them while you go on another trip. Its also near lots of shops and restaurants. And a good pin location accessible to uber drivers.

    The staff was helpful and courteous, and I would come back again!
    Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. It was the ideal location for a first time traveler to Palermo! Walking distance to the major historical sites, the markets, fine dining, and shopping!
    I would have preferred the rooms with queen beds to be larger. The bathroom is small.

    Very nice stay super location
    Excellent location. Helpful staff. The room couldve been more comfortable- the bed was very hard - not a comfortable mattress. But overall its a nice hotel in a great location for a decent value.

    Wonderful hotel!
    Everything about the hotel was great. Location was central to attractions, staff was friendly, room was comfortable, wifi was consistent throughout the property, and breakfast had a good variety and was very delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
    Hotel is on a very busy street with lots of traffic noise, sometimes late into the night. That can't be helped with this location since it is very central and traffic noise (car honking) is typical.

    Excellent stay at a lovely, central hotel. Price was amazing and staff very polite and helpful.
    Great size room and fantastic bathroom facilities for the money. Everything very practical but comfortable. Super clean and lovely big window which actually opened! Perfect. The location was fantastic too, really hard to beat on the price. The staff were very helpful and polite and super attentive.
    Bed was a bit hard and door rattled a bit with the lift door opening and closing in the hall every now and then. Would be nice if when locked from the inside, the door was firmly shut. Bit noisy as situated on big, busy square.but hey! Its Palermo, what ya gonna do?!
