    Lovely, clean and central hotel with wonderful staff
    Clean, central and very very nice staff!
    The breakfast room was a little too small one morning we were in a hurry and needed to leave early and there was not enough room. We had to get breakfast elsewhere.

    Good overall, but not worth the price! Would expect more from 4 stars.
    Location, garden, breakfast
    The blanket covers werent really blanket covers, but flat sheets on top of the blanket. Very annoying! Cold was coming under the door gap, my son was sleeping in a sofa right next to it.

    Nice hotel but not ideal for work trips
    Staff was kind. Location is good and the room was very spacious. There was no coffee machine in the room but we were immediately given one when we asked for it at the reception.
    We were given a room on the first floor of a little "house" located in the middle of the courtyard. It was noisy as windows were not so well isolating from the sound of people walking by, talking in the courtyard, etc. One morning for example we were woken up quite early by the noise of two gardeners shouting loudly to each other while working. Water pressure in the shower was minimal, and water was either cold or very hot. The desk in the room was very small and the wi-fi connection was extremely slow. As I was on a work trip, this was very annoying for me as I had to attend online meetings. I think rooms in the main buildings and on higher floors probably allow for a better experience than what we had. I would not go back.

    Perfect for a weekend to explore Bologna.
    Hotel was lovely and clean and the room was spacious for 3 friends sharing! The staff were all really helpful, friendly and professional. I imagine the garden area is just gorgeous in the warmer weather.
    More space for breakfast at the weekend. Noise of the breakfast room and kitchen in the morning was a little annoying, but this was specific to the room we were staying in.

    There are no windows nettings against mosquitoes on the windows. You should sleep with closed window which is impermissibly.

    Lovely cozy hotel next to two excellent restaurants, parking nearby; 10mins walk from town, local!
    Nice and cozy room, beautiful courtyard, lovely breakfast selection and very friendly staff.
    The door of the bathroom didnt close nor lock and no shower gel (all other amenities were available).

    Lovely city break in Bologna
    Breakfast was very nice with a lot of good choices. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a lovely patio with wonderful plants and everything is very good taken care of. It is a little oasis in the town. I enjoyed my stay and would come back another time. It meets my expectations to a four star hotel.
    My first room was noisy and too small. The second room was living up to everything I wanted. The staff were helpful and very nice about it. The rooms are not sound proof but that perhaps cannot be expected from a traditional town house building. But it is also me who is highly allergic to slamming doors. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice but somehow does not seem to be a standard in Italy.
