Great Hotel in a great location

Great hotel. Great location, 30 min walking from centre and direct line (10 min) to Lisbon city centre.

One of the lift was broken and was fix only the last day

Very good

A good and reasonably priced choice for those not looking to be very central

The location was good. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Sao Sebastiao metro station (two lines and a couple of stops to then centre). The fancy El cortes Ingles department store is located nearby too. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Breakfast was included and included breads, meats, fruit, eggs, pastries and juices and hot drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine. Powerful and hot shower.

Nothing to complain about. There weren't tea or coffee facilities in the room but they can provide a kettle and cup if you would like these.

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful and modern hotel, very aesthetically pleasing. Nice staff and great value for money. Would definitely stay again

Superb

The hotel is well decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rich, fresh and very versatile. Though it's not close to the touristic center, there's a metro station with 2 lines there, to the city and to the airport. Couldn't be better.

One elevator (out of 2) was not working for 3 days. The shower stand was broken so the handle had to stay at shoulder height when showering.
