    First day when we check in they dont have anyone staff assist if we need something else even we try to call number they provide or ring the bell. On second day we are late for breakfast, they are clear all the food when around 9.56am even we try to get some food but they just show us attitude and clear all the food. When check out , they just inform us we need to paid extra one person even we booked for twin room. Staff are unhelpful and bad attitude, wifi is poor we need to go out from our room then get connection. Wont recommend and wont be come back again !

    Location and the fact that it was only for 2 days
    Renovations etc going on inside the building. Steps are awkward and so is the lift. Difficult to get access to rooms with heavy luggage. Lift not on same level as the rooms. Breakfast very basic and space to sit very limited.

    Fabulous stay an easy walk to the town centre or to the Canyon walk
    Loved our room, had a little sitting room area nearby with great few of the mountains. Room was cozy, good selection for breakfast, even had bacon! The staff were friendly and had good banter.
    Only downside was a lack of soundproofing but with earplugs, was all good.

    Great room just outside downtown Grindelwald!
    Great property at the far end of Grindelwald. We had a Mountain View and were upgraded upon arrival to a small apartment style setup. Were so thankful for that! Bus service was free with a tourist card and the bus stop was one minute from the hotel.

    Breakfast was good. Good customer service.
    Roof creaked all night with people above me walking around. Attachments in ceiling rattled. Very hard to sleep.
