Very good

Great location next to a metro station which made it easy for us to commute in Paris. Rooms were big enough, the heat worked very well and we could set it for the right temperature that we like. Cleanliness was ok overall

Breakfast was a little bit limited in terms of choices, for example the only types of eggs available were boiled eggs which for us was a little weird. Moreover, the cutlery was not so clean. The biggest problem, however, was one member of the staff with whom we interacted when we did the check in. We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm on December 29 and at the reception there was this man with glasses and kind of longer, wavy hair. Our stay was already paid since months so basically we should have only received our room key and proved our identity via a personal ID (or at least this is the normal procedure we are used to, based on our experience in several other hotels across the entire globe). This man informed us we have to show him our credit card with which we have done the payment months ago. I let him know that, unfortunately, I do not possess the same card anymore, since, because of some unrelated fraud tentative (I suspected someone stole my credit card data), I had to visit my bank and told them to cancel this card. So the card with which I made the payment was cancelled and I got a new one in return. The moment this man heard that I do not have that card anymore, he became very rude and was very suspicious, as if we used someone elses card to pay for our accommodation. He then told us we must at least show him the transaction on the bank app, in order to prove that I made it. It took a while for us to find the transaction because our bank app was not showing the transactions done with the cancelled card anymore, so I had to enable some extra features so that I can find it. In the meantime, this man was making us feel very bad, he looked at us as if we were thieves. Finally when we have been able to find the transaction he was still skeptical about it, asking us questions like Is this really your bank app? and other such rude things.

There is a metro right outside. Very nice rooms but had to book a more expensive room to get 2 single beds.

I prepaid for the property and had to pay again on leave and was promised the original payment back into my account within 24 hours but a week later it still isnt in my account. Going to give it a few more days till I call my bank

Very good

Great spot, very cute and cosy with easy access to trains and great things nearby

A cute little room that, whilst on the smaller side, was well fitted with a mostly comfy bed and nice lighting. Very well cleaned and easy to get get set up. The bathroom is a bit open, so don't share a room with someone you aren't comfortable around!The restaurant attached is also nice and the access to trains is handy. A great point is the park across the road, it was a wonderful spot for food, drinks, live music and other activities!

The room did not have much space for hanging clothes, and what it did have was in the splash zone of the shower, a small gripe but an important one! That being said, service staff were happy to store items for you!
