A great stopover. Room was good. Food reasonable, but cold most breakfasts. A busy hotel but lifts coped well.

We wouldn't stay anywhere else now, our stay was amazing.
We loved the location, cleanliness, food, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We have stayed there multiple times before and will definitely be back.
As non drinkers, we didn't like having only wine glasses provided during breakfast and lunch to drink out of, it seemed awkward. So a better selection of glasses at lunch and dinner would be appreciated. A small detail though in an otherwise impeccable service.

Second visit to the property.
Room very clean but they didn't clean for weeks under the bed and the bathroom is dated.

All very good but let down by some staff in dining room
Clean, good sized rooms. Lovely reception staff. Very central location
Staff in the dining room were not very helpful. It was very difficult and took ages just to get a glass of water and every evening was the same, it was very frustrating, also a few times food trays were empty and we asked for replacements repeatedly but by the time they were put out we had already finished eating.

Room nice and modern, bathroom outdated which is a shame, staff great and very central location.
Food buffet was nice and dining was very good service.
Staff are friendly and can't do enough to help.
Bathrooms let the rooms down, they are dated.
Hotel very clean but the cleaner didn't clean under the bed and let it go dusty.
Also, food - soup on 3 nights was tasteless and just tasted of water, bacon was Spanish streaky bacon, and English mostly like 'back bacon' which is less fatty.
But otherwise very clean and very good food and service.

the location us excellent for the old town, levante beach and all the bars and restaurants. Breakfast is excellent and all the rooms are very nice. We always stay here when we come to Benidorm
