The design of the hotel was different, sweet, playfull. I visited for Christmas time and the decorations were amazing

Good

Great location for going out for food and getting in to the city.

Breakfast selection was good. Location was great for buses trams or walking in to the city. The area was perfect for finding lots of cafe/restaurants without going in to the city.

We had to request to move room, the first room we were allocated was not the room we booked. The room we booked wasn't available until out second night. The staff did the necessary arrangements for the change that was all.
