Great location, lovely hotel

Location was amazing. Staff lovely and rooms were very spacious.

Air con wasnt great and beds werent the most comfortable

Exceptional

The facilities, the location, the staff, everything is excellent.

There is a limited menu for lunch everyday, and breakfast ends early at 10:30. I just wish there were more options for lunch and maybe extended hours for breakfast, ended up eating out most days.

Disappointing

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, but the front desk staff could use some improvement in customer care in a hotel.

The location

The front desk staff. During the payment of my incidentals, I anticipated a courteous gesture, like being asked about my stay or receiving a thank you for coming etc. When I questioned Fernando about this, he replied, I dont remember you, and claimed he always asks, which I found untrue based on my multiple stays at the hotel in which no one has ever asked. Regardless of being remembered, every customer should be treated equally. I pointed out to Fernando that one of the cleaning staff, particularly the kind lady in charge of my room, which probably holds the lowest-paid job yet exemplifies exceptional service over the first impression of your hotel the front desk staff. Despite our conversation, Fernando still failed to extend the common courtesy. From my experience as a business owner who greets everyone with a smile and concern about their experience in my business I believe its a straightforward yet vital practice. Consider giving it a try; it can undoubtedly enhance your hotel.
