    Beautiful hotel, exactly like the pictures. The staff were friendly and so helpful. I have a peanut allergy and couldnt eat the desserts on one of the nights so a chef went to kitchen and bought me a selection of desserts! Very easy to order to order taxis to the souks (100 dirham during the day and 150 at night) theres a cash point at reception as well. Plenty of bars and restaurants and the spa was lovely as well. It was a great stay for my birthday.

    All you need to relax and enjoy
    Pretty much everything. The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional and they are always attentive to customer's needs. Food is super nice, although creativity may improve it. A special thanks to the restaurant, outside bar and Zanzibar staff: they are amazing. Transfers to the city went pretty well, since there weren't many guests at the hotel. All the facilities - gardens, tennis courts, pools, gym, etc - were well taken care of. On the last day it was possible to keep enjoying everything after check out and to store our luggage. There are many activities, during the day and the APP blue works if you have to book them. The bar entertainment is mostly aimed at Brits (bingo, type of music, etc) but the crew was making an effort to change it a little . Super nice! Perfect staying.

    Just some reccomendations, nothing serious. The reception staff is nice but some important information should be given at check in. The indoor pool is paid during the afternoon (after 3pm); if you want to go to the city there should be a way to take a lunch pack, since it's all included, also, there's nothing to eat between 5pm and 7 pm (some snacks, toast would be nice in the bar) so don't skip lunch and the short snack between 4 - 5 pm. They told us that Morroccan cuisine specialties are only available on Thursdays, maybe one more day would be nice for short stays.

    All good. definitely recommend
    The atmosphere was good. very clean. staff was so handy and kind. I recommend getting all-inclusive services you don't regret.
    there is nothing to say seriously. The location is just 15 min away from madina Centre by taxi. taxi is just 50 Derham and so cheap to centre. The Internet hasn't been strong in some locations of the hotel but totally good.

    This was an awesome property and very beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was super helpful and really enhanced our experience. Thank you so much team and great job with all that you did. This was a great experience!

    Very pretty but will be staying in a riad next visit.
    The resort was GORGEOUS! Beautiful design both inside and out. Absolutely stunning.
    It was extremely boring. And food was very limited and strict on when you can and couldnt eat and which bar you could order from. For an all-inclusive resort I expect to be able to come back from a night out and grab a late night snack! Also there was horrible entertainment. Not fun at all.
