    Great Hotel with Great staff!
    The hotel is not too far from the Christmas Markets. It is within walking distance to everything. We had two rooms. They were both very modern and comfortable. It appears that the hotel is getting a makeover. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did some research for us and found out which hospital was the closest and called us a taxi to get to the emergency room at the hospital because our son woke up very ill. This was on Christmas Eve at 5am. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the dinners there are great! They serve the best schnitzel and panna cotta. It was so delicious!!!

    Shame it was a stopover. I loved this hotel and next may stay longer next time.
    Took 8 family members and a dog to visit the Stuttgart Christmas Market. Hotel Royal was perfect for this purpose. The room was supplied with a dog bed and bowl which was a nice surprise. Excellent bathroom - very spacious.
    Nothing - I loved this hotel and will return. I was surprised by the quiet in the room considering the in town location.

    Excellent breakfast, waitress and housekeeping staff.
    My spouse, our miniature dachshund, and I stayed from December 30th to 31st, 2023. We appreciated the efficient check-in process and the hotel's dog-friendly policy. The rooms were tidy, well-appointed, and the bathroom spacious, featuring high-quality body wash and shampoo. The decor was pleasing, the bed comfortable, and the curtains effectively blocked out light for a restful sleep. The hotel's amenities, including the elevator and overall cleanliness, were commendable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of options like fresh bread, sparkling water, fruit juices, yogurt, fruits, hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and made-to-order omelets. There was a notable selection of teas and what appeared to be Lavazza coffee. A special mention to the young, professional, and personable waitress at the buffet, who enhanced our experience with her attentiveness. We also met a very friendly and professional housemaid with blond hair. Both staff members significantly contributed to our pleasant stay. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit and making this hotel our regular stopover.

    There was a strange smell as we walked into the room. Could have been the carpet. Would have been nice to have a mini bar or perhaps somewhere to get refreshments.

    The staff was friendly and food was lovely
    The properties was under going a carpet renovation that I wasnt aware of when booking, so when I got to the hotel we had no carpet in the hallway just long rolls of carpet in the hallway which were still there the next day blocking me from leaving my room making me wait until someone could move it for me to get out, after the amount I had spent on the hotel I wouldve appreciated being told about the carpet situation before hand so I couldve booked a different accommodation

    Hotel has perfect Location,close to shopping street,restaurants, Christmas markets Nice renovated room,very delicious breakfast,comfortable beds.
    We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, but we were so disappointed. We were waiting more than an hour for our dinner.
