We love the view except for the pine tree in front of us, the pool was too cold to go in but overall it was okay

Location was good and staff was very nice

Furniture in living room looks to be very old kinda discussing looking like it was dirty but it was not

Would not recommend or stay at this hotel

The view

Way overpriced for the room/hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and because it was raining you could not get anything to eat at the hotel until 7:30 at night. We had to go out in the rain and find somewhere to eat. This hotel is not really close to any restaurants. The rooms need to be upgraded and are not very clean. The pool lounge chairs look like they have mold on them. Way way way overpriced.

Where do i begin. This hotel needs to be shut down immediately. The design of the hotel is bonkers you literally get lost in the maze like halls and layout. Room 900+ is on the 3rd floor via elevator but then you have to take a flight of stairs down to the 2nd floor where the rooms actually are. After getting 1,000+ steps in from the lobby to your room you are greeted by green bugs and lizards. Where i do love animals and all living things, dont really want to sleep with them. The rooms are disgusting, there is mold in the shower and dead bugs smeared on the walls. Dont even get me started on the food DISGUSTING. We got food poisoning from the grilled chicken caesar salad, the bread was good though (yikes). For $1500+ for a 2 night stay this should be illegal. Please see attached for proof :-)

the hotel is beautiful and has a beautiful view.

There was no nightly room service for food, and no champagne to buy at the hotel. There was no bathrobe to wear after showering. they couldn't help me to get a taxi to leave at check out, I went to get a taxi on the street very close to the hotel. I got a little upset about these things.

The property is completely deteriorated, it doesn't meet the standards of even a two-star hotel.

Nothing at all, the location is terrible, the buffet is awful, and the room conditions are below two stars.
