    Fabulous stay in interlaken
    Great hotel in interlaken with calm but central location. Room & breakfast very nice
    Too bad people were working on walls outside (and had to start at 7:30 am !!!)

    Rooms were tastefully done up, bed was very comfortable.
    Light sleepers may be affected by the movement of occupants one level up.

    Must Visit Interlaken
    The hotel is beautiful, we got an upgrade to a nice corner room in the top floor of the new building, the room is really big, beautifully decorated, the bed super confortable, the bathroom was big with a very modern toilet, had a big balcony but the hotel has some renovations so we couldnt use it. Maximiliano from the front desk gave us a great customer service always with an smile, also the cleaning ladies on the new building they were very nice and also the Spanish guy from the bar. Great location near train station and center. Breakfast had plenty of options, thanks for everything!
    The breakfast staff is not too friendly, mainly a guy with sunglasses he seems stressed and angry all the time. For light sleepers there is a church in front of the hotel and the church bells kept waking me up every 30 minutes at night.

    We had a wonderful stay. Your staff Shams, Rudy, and Kristoff were very helpful and accommodating.
    Clean and smells good. Breakfast was excellent.
