    They moved us to another hotel without any reason. The other hotel was cheaper, old and with less facilities. The Rubens hotel didn't pay for an economic compensation to us or gave us an hotel with higher quality as the law says. We send them a message and they didn't give us any answer. A bit sad all that situation.

    I was denied breakfast the first day. . After the 2nd day , I was allowed a breakfast.

    Nice cozy hotel n ear the beach
    The hotel is in a great location - close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the local MetroMare, which will take you to the train station or the center in a few minutes. The staff was extremely nice and the premises where cozy and clean. Before arrival we were worried that the room would be too small, but it was sufficient for everything we needed. Grazie mille

    The stuff at the reception was really unexpectedly kind, friendly and helpful. The room was small but always clean and tidy. The balcony belonging to the room was really nice because with a table and two chairs. The bathroom was also very clean and surprisingly big. I would recommend everyone to stay at hotel Rubens Rimini, it's worth every penny.
    Sleeping conditions. The nights were really hot and we didn't like sleeping with the AC on so only other option was to open the door to the balcony which seemed like a nice thought. However the hotel is located near the train rails so with your window open there is really big noise coming in to your room. Maybe a ceiling fan would work? It's just a recommendation. :)

    Nice hotel , cheap , clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. Valentina ( the girl at reception ) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was near the beach also. Overall , it was a better experience that i had expected.

    Perfect stay in Rimini
    Clean and well organized Hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. This friendliness makes you feel like home. Additionally, they offer an amazing breakfast in the morning. Hotel is in a calm dead-end road with only a few minutes walk to the beach. Nice restaurants are in the neighborhood.

    Great place with wonderful people.
    Staff were more than friendly. Make you feel at home and took the extra miles to help when needed. Cleanliness and quality of the room and the facility is excellent. Access to and from the hotel to the citys main attractions (touristic or business) is very easy. With the train station located just 600m, this can be your fastest way to city center and other major spots. The hotel is surrounded with many cafes and restaurants that wont disappoint your taste nor your budget. In general, whether you are there for business, or just sunny beachy days off, Rubens is the place for that. Will definitely visit them again.
