Excellent due to superb customers service! :-)

The rooms are very nice and the location is exact in the heart of the centre. Since I am a light sleeper, that also was a bit hard for me because I heard noise from the street. However, the staff was really amazing and moved me up to a higher floor and upgraded the room, so I wouldn't hear any noise anymore. Fantastic customer service!!!! I definitely recommend this place!

A nice stay in a good location, a comfortable, clean room.

The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The bathroom and shower were a good standard. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

We stayed in October when the season was coming to an end, we found that It was noisy at night, we had a room over looking a side street, you could hear people walking past which woke us up a few times. I wouldnt like to stay in the busy summer period for this reason. I didnt like how the mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks you had to pay for, which were ridiculously overpriced, this left no room to store own water/drinks. This hotel was stood for a short stay in a great location close to everything. It would have been better if it had a swimming pool and restaurant.

After leaving the property, I received a WhatsApp message saying they had found a cigarette burn in the inner net type curtain. This may or may not have been caused by a member of my party. It may have existed prior to our stay. Notwithstanding, they withdrew 250 from my account for a piece of fabric that was the worth significantly less. There is no communication, no negotiation, with no evidence of the cost of a replacement curtain, simply the extraction of an extraordinary amount to bolster the profits from an already expensive room.

Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived, the staff could not do any more for me especially the lady at the front desk didnt catch her name! Also got a upgrade on the room with a sea view, was the most amazing experience and is my go to place when I come to Ibiza. Already booking for next summer, cant wait
