great value for money, fantastic sea view.
great value for money. meal deal, evening & breakfast buffet (with hot suggestions) and one night stay for two for less than 100euros. Room on sixth floor attributed with a fantastic view across Lloret. Balcony spacious however although private, can be seen by the neighbours if sun bathing ! Room modern deco, minimaliste.. great power shower. Hotel up a hill. Road side parking free and easy to find in November.
Pillows very thin, and no where In the bathroom or in the shower to put Gel or toiletries !

Reception staff were good bar staff ok very close to the night life
They closed the pool on the 2nd day so they could open a horror walk. The bathroom had black mould .payed 20e for access to the Internet but never worked right. The food just nope

The service was very good but the facility was poor.
The cleaning staff was very nice.
The room we were accommodated in turned out to be unfit for living - the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. Of course, we informed the reception about it and we were given another room, with the worst view in the hotel! There was no hairdryer (which was standard), there was a problem with opening the door, the flush didn't work. Of course, after contacting the reception, everything was repaired (except the dryer). The rooms were not soundproofed, so every neighbor's conversation could be heard, not to mention the music at 3 a.m. Magnetic cards also did not work as they should. Food very poor for vegetarians.

We knew the location well before we booked so that was good. Beer was horrid and food wasnt great.
Location was a little walk to the main strip but ideal.
Staff checking in were totally ignorant and rude which made things hard work after all day travelling. Found a pair of childrens underwear on the balcony so god knows what else wasnt cleaned before our arrival

Lovely hotel
We loved the top floor refurbished room, balcony was great with amazing views, 2 rooms both ensuite. The food was really nice with lots of choices.
There were a few groups of young people, who weren't as well behaved as they should be, things we thrown off there balconies which were just above the entertainment area . The price of the parking at 22 per day
