The location was great but generally not a 4 star experience.

The location and the hotel staff were friendly.

The property was 4 star but the facilities were not. The hotel is tired and lacks attention to detail. No complimentary water or general extras. Everything extra is charged for.

Great Location needs some renovation.

The location was very good in Capri.

We were not offered luggage service so we took our bags through Capri rather than use the baggage service and we left too early to use it in the morning. The rooms need some upgrading for the cost and level of hotel. The bathrooms especially.

Superb

I certainly will recommend the hotel to friends and I will not hesitate to come back.

Location, breakfast and pool were fantastic. Very quiet although it is located in the heart of Capri allowing easy access for all including shopping, restaurants and nice walks in the city.

It was a short stay of only 2 nights but all went perfectly.

We never stayed at this hotel but they charged us WITHOUT sending an email to remind us of our reservation. Booking.com NEVER sent reminder emails about this property. Both Booking.com and the property now REFUSE to give our money back.

Passable

Perfect ground zero location in the heart of Capri town but slightly tucked around a corner for privacy. Staff was friendly and courteous. Pool was nice but view was limited. Room did have a large balcony but no view of the water. Room price was very competitive. Also very clean.

We thought the quality of the beds was sub par. The mattresses were not thick and soft as are used to so they seemed hard to us. Makes it difficult for a side sleeper. Bathroom was small.

location

old and run down. sewage smell all over the place their scented spray was overwhelming but didnt cover the sewage smell . way too expensive for this type of facility. they could have done much better if they cared enough
