    Rather hard to find the hotel since there was no sign with the name on it. Convenient for bus travel to the old city.

    Nice stay, would recommend
    Nice clean and spacious room, a good range of toiletries provided. The hotel was very close to the train station and is a straightforward bus ride from the airport (bus no 1). Staff were friendly when we needed to delay our check-in time due to the delay of our flight.
    There is no kettle in the room, tea and coffee is available at the reception but costs extra.

    Very comfortable and clean. All the staff were amazing, super nice and very accommodating. Special mention to Evelina who had great recommendations for food and where to go/how to get around.
    All good! I asked for hot water and they immediately gave me a kettle to take to my room, so if you need anything dont hesitate to ask and they will accommodate.

    Unwanted animals in room, no reaction, no refund, no new room on
    We had mosquitoes and coachroaches in room. When we told staff, they said they didnt find any. Next night I killed roaches and showed at reception

    Good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly
    The room did not have a kettle and tea bags/coffee. It would have been great if the room had at least a kettle and some tea and coffee which normally most of the hotel rooms have these days.

    Lovely stay with lovely staff thanks. Room was very nice especially for the price
    Fab little find. Extremely comfortable beds. Staff very nice and provided glasses, corkscrew etc o problem. Quirky little hotel very close to the centre
    Everything was fine. Easier to find if go walk up the Main Street from the station until you get to the pink building the Mercure Hotel. Turn left just before and its a couple of 100 metres down from there

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Handy location from airport and to Bergamo and lake Como
