    Location was great, I walked everywhere. Including from the train station to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the bd was large and comfy. The staff were very hospitable.
    Early in the morning baking smells came to the room, it may be due to the side of the building it was on. The window opened to a surronded area so there was no view at all.

    Its quite a posh hotel. More so than I expected (or wanted). Probably explains the relatively high price of 140 for a single night in a pretty small room. Apart from the price I cant complain about anything, but I only stayed for a single night and didnt even have breakfast there. The desk clerk was visibly horror stricken when I entered the luxurious lobby with my (clean!) bicycle but after his colleague had shown me to the garage he was friendly and spoke perfect English and German. Same for his colleague the next morning.

    Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location with option for parking was perfect for our visit, the staff was great and very helpful during our short stay.
    The one issue we had was we just couldn't figure out how to use the AC. The room got very warm oddly enough in October and we tried using the AC with no luck. I then opened the window except there was enough street noise that we were woken up early. I can't really blame the hotel as we didn't realize until late that night and we left the following day.

    Nice hotel near the Piazza!
    Beautifully decorated room & hotel. Staff was professional & efficient.
    Nice hotel but it was the most expensive lodging we had in 3 1/2 weeks in Europe. And parking after taxes cost us $31 for a night.
