Nice hotel with very helpfull employees, willing to give recomendations about places to go and see in the city.
Room with direct access to the nice garden. Clean with comfortable beds.
The room was not really soundproof but that did not really bother me. All in all good.
Convenient to close by to major tourist activities.
Staff very nice.
The continental breakfast included in the reservation served in the garden by staff at the table.
My check out was in early morning.
On the night before check out, when returned from dinner, they had the continental breakfast tray in my room.
I was surprised.
I travel lot on business & have stayed at 5 star hotels many times, but never got this type of services.

Great staff, everyone is kind and polite; They kept our luggages after the checkout time; The place is clean; Breakfast is very good; location is great.
The bathroom is shared, however I didnt have any issues with that.
It was quite noise at night and in the morning. Mattress could be improved.
