The spacious and elegant rooms at the Saratoga have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. Most rooms have a private balcony. Enjoy the swimming pool located on the rooftop with an amazing view to the port of Palma and the Bellver Castle or have a quiet time on the two other pool areas, which are available on the ground floor even in Winter since there is a heated one. In the same area you can find the fitness room and the Spa, where you can relax while having a massage*. Spa threatments under availability and additional cost*.     Lovely hotel . Same the roof terrace was closed
    Beautiful hotel . Reception staff lovely . Bedrooms are a great size with a lovely balcony over looking the pool .
    Roof top terrace closed and not great service around by the pool area . Had to wait a long time to find anyone to get a coffee . A good 10 minute walk to town . Not as centra as it seems .

    brief stay at palma de mallorca
    location was our priority. the room was big enough for our family.
    having the basic bathroom items such as shower cap and cotton pads would be nice. the front desk wasn't well informed of the double decker tour bus. They didn't know what time and pricing, although they sold the tickets and then they asked for cash payment for the tickets.

    Room with view towards a wall across the street The male service on the roof top wasn't particularly service oriented. Inconvenient go down to reception for towels.

    If you are looking for a great hotel in Palma de Mallorca, look no further. Lovely cozy hotel, wonderful location, roof terrace with swimming pool has a wonderful view. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The hotel staff is beyond praise, very friendly and ready to help in all matters. Special thanks to the beautiful girl Alba, she is absolutely amazing! A. I can't recommend a better place for a wonderful holiday.
