Lovely hotel . Same the roof terrace was closed

Beautiful hotel . Reception staff lovely . Bedrooms are a great size with a lovely balcony over looking the pool .

Roof top terrace closed and not great service around by the pool area . Had to wait a long time to find anyone to get a coffee . A good 10 minute walk to town . Not as centra as it seems .

brief stay at palma de mallorca

location was our priority. the room was big enough for our family.

having the basic bathroom items such as shower cap and cotton pads would be nice. the front desk wasn't well informed of the double decker tour bus. They didn't know what time and pricing, although they sold the tickets and then they asked for cash payment for the tickets.
