Very good

A good hotel with very nice staff.

The breakfast was good, but not very varied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant.

Breakfast was a little too expensive for what they offer. And there was also no kettle in the room.

A contemporary boutique stay in Lucernes historic center

A comfortable boutique hotel in the heart of historic Lucerne. Our second-floor room, while small, was artfully decorated, clean, and very comfortable, with a large opening window. Breakfast was simple, and service was excellent. The staff was welcoming and helpful, with great recommendations for area restaurants and sights.

The weather was very warm during our stay; there is no air conditioning in the room. We slept with the window open and a floor fan, the room was above a street-level bar, so it was noisy until later in the evening.

We wish the rooms had a coffee maker and offered free coffee/tea. Instead we had to pay $10 for 2 coffees from the restaurant downstairs.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel in the old town. 10 min walk from the station, beautiful area. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed with down pillows and blankets. It has an elevator even though located in historical building. Would stay there again.

We loved it and we would definitely stay their if we return to Lucerne.

The beautiful historical building and its location in the historical center. It is close to the river with many nice outdoor restaurants close by. The breakfast was exceptional as was the service throughout our stay. I had a dental emergency and Marija, the manager, arranged for a quick appointment close by. Marija goes out of her way to make every guest feel special and her staff is top notch.
