Our unit was very spacious and clean, it was very warm. The bed is very comfortable.

The elevator was not working, Wi-Fi is not available in the room.

Very good

The location of the hotel is very good, we were satisfied with the breakfast (even if there was no warm food in the offer at all).

The WiFi was basically non - existent. The only place where it actually functioned was directly in front of the reception, other than that it was not possible to use it.

Great Location!

Great location and pet friendly in one of the most gorgeous thermal towns in Europe. Baden Baden in incredible in every way: baths, scenery, culture, opera, music art. Hotel right next to the opera.

View on a cement wall. Strange corridors and key locks.

Convenient base for exploring Baden-Baden.

It was well located and very clean. Just a 10 minute stroll into the centre of town.

Decor a bit dated and towels need replacing our our had holes in!

Good location, but overall in need of an update

The breakfast was very pleasant, the staff were very polite and the location was great - only a 5 minute walk from the main sites.

The wifi didn't work in our room. Very, very loud drilling above our room commenced at 9am. Parking was a bit of a hassle (parking free overnight at front of hotel, if there's a space).

A very nice and proper stay.

The hotel is potentially beautiful but a bit dated. Nonetheless, it is very clean and comfortable. Our room was really big and spacious and the bathroom is nearly done. Location is great, walking distance from everything. This hotel has great potentials, I believe it used to be a luxury hotel in the olden days. Its got a lot of charme.
