    Serviceable.
    The restaurant attached was plain but the food was of good quality and a fair price.
    The front entrance is very dirty, many persons standing out the front smoking cigarettes and leaving their butts on the ground. This area requires a good clean and smokers should be required to dispose of their cigarette butts in a bin provided.

    Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable, proximity to airport and free transportation was a plus.
    The rooms were clean and of good size, beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged free transportation to the airport for our early morning flight.
    There was a restaurant in the hotel but it was closed on Saturdays (the day we were there) and there were no readily available food options in the neighborhood. We ended up walking to a grocery store 10-15 minutes away.

    Free transport to the airport. Reception staff were very helpful when we had a problem with the shower - fixed it straight away
    The restaurant was a little austere and resturant staff a little unhappy - perhaps they need a pay rise

    A medium place to stay more like a Motel
    The room was big and clean.
    Far away from Bilbao and a strange place. We only stayed for one night. Felt more like a motel than a hotel.

    A great value for your money.
    Its proximity to: the airport, a laundromat, various good little restaurants. The bathroom was very modern, great decor choices and a great rain shower shower head.
    The pillows were not very good.
