    Overall the facilities are good and room was clean and well maintained.
    The choice of breakfast was very less ,not much to eat. Was expecting to have breakfast at RiverView but not, breakfast was at small room near the Lobby.

    In city centre. Everything nearby. Breakfast nice not too good nor too bad. For the price it was a nice experience

    The location was too strategic with secured parking. Near to Menara 188, Art Street and other coffee shop at Kuantan Area (Kula Cakes, Watak Kopi,etc)
    There's fungus at the toilet's back door.. Please replace the tv remote control.

    Enjoyed our stay but some things need to be highlighted
    This was the third time we stayed at the hotel. Love this hotel mainly because of its strategic location. So many cafes, eateries nearby. Breakfast was okay, suitable with price paid.
    Leaking water hose pipe. So whenever we want to use the toilet, our clothes will get soaked with water. Pls repair this ya. Room 1415. There was designated parking lots at the back of the hotel but during peak time, it gets difficult to find one.
