    The location is excellent. For those traveling with a car, there is a public parking garage near by. The views from the room were really nice. Breakfast was quite ok, typical Spanish offer.
    The rooms are a bit dated, could use some refurbishing.

    Safe and secure in Toledo
    Mostly it was good, hotel is very nice, breakfast is good, parking close by - good location - special mention for Marco receptionist always very pleasant.
    Only one thing the receptionist who checked me in was very unfriendly - I don't thing she realised it - but no welcome and no smile.

    - Permits pets inside the restaurant - Great location - Convenient nearby parking (I recommend Parking Indigo - S. Miguel Corralillo)
    The air conditioner in the room wasn't working correctly (I was unable to operate it), and the shower head was improperly attached.

    Cosy hotel in a beautiful and historic city.
    We had an amazing view from our balcony -- direct view to Mirador de Valle. We loved the view! The heater in room worked very well. Staff at reception was kind and friendly. Location of hotel is right across the Alcazar, so it's located on top of the highest point in Toledo. Be ready for the "hike". We enjoyed our stay very much.
    Breakfast choice on our first morning was different than the second morning. Perhaps less guests then? There wasn't toast and crushed tomatoes on the first morning, which I was looking forward to enjoy while in Spain.

    Enjoyed our stay in a beautiful room with good location.
    Everything except the bath/shower.
    The bathtub/shower was accessed by three large steps to step down into a deep tub . There were no safety bars to assist in getting in and out of the tub. Presented a dangerous situation.
