Great place. Close to the metro. Reasonable price for cleanliness. I would stay there again.

The property was right next to the metro station, so it made it easy to get in and get out. I was told that it wasnt the safe neighborhood but I didnt have any problem. I wish I could remember all the other names of the staff because they were amazing but Im thankful to Luiz and Ishmael for being so accommodating and friendly.

The only problem was the electronic door going into the hotel late at night that was out, but I didnt feel unsafe or hurried while waiting. There was always somebody at the front desk to open it.

Overall nice stay, good food and good location (especially to tram)

The noise level in the hotel room is quite loud because of the tram underneath.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. All facilities including my room & breakfast options were excellent. And it was very close to the Metro station which was useful in getting into the town centre.

Nothing, As I would recommend it to others, friends & family etc.

There was no hot shower on our 1st 2 nights, but it was fixed on the 3rd day. Staff was helpful though
